Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) — Remote, Anywhere — $4,000–10,000/month

The stack: Node.js + TypeScript backend, React / Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL.

How we build: Claude Code and Codex are how we ship, not an occasional helper. Spec first. Tests before code. You own what
you ship.

You'll be a fit if:
You build primarily with AI agents — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor — as your core method, and you can reason about when agent-written code needs to be rewritten.
5+ years shipping production React; deep JS/TS.
You've built at least one genuinely hard interactive surface — an editor, a canvas, a design tool, or a dashboard dense enough to be a real engineering problem.
4+ years commercial Node.js/TypeScript; NestJS, Express or Fastify; REST design; Postgres with live schema migrations.
You've owned features end to end, from requirement through to production monitoring.
Nice to have: React Flow / Puck / Craft.js / GrapesJS, Tailwind + Radix, Prisma or Drizzle, queues, Redis, checkout and A/B testing work, Shopify or payments APIs, direct LLM API integration, Docker and CI/CD.

Terms: Contractor, fixed monthly retainer, full-time and long-term — not per-project freelance. Fully remote, any country.
The only hard requirement is solid spoken English and [X] hours of daily overlap with our core hours.
This is a startup, not a 9–5. Priorities change week to week and the roadmap is huge. If that sounds exhausting rather than exciting, this isn't the right fit.

Process (under a week): 5-minute application → 5-minute Loom → paid 3-hour practical task ($150, paid either way) → 25-minute call with the founder → offer.
