**we’re building something. now we need someone in the room.**

I’m **Ren Reyez 🇵🇭** — I lead a small team focused primarily on **AI projects**.

We have the **technical team, experience, and ability to deliver projects.**

Now we’re looking for someone based in **🇺🇸 America / 🇪🇺 Europe / 🇦🇺 Australia** who can help us step into the international market.

You **don’t need to be a developer.**
You don’t need years of AI experience.
You don’t need an impressive résumé.

What matters to us:

`English` • `Reliability` • `Communication` • `Curiosity`

**💰 $1,000–$1,500/month to start**

And yes — **the compensation can increase significantly** depending on the value you bring, the opportunities you help create, and how things develop over time.

We’re not looking to fill another generic position.

**We’re looking for someone genuinely curious about what we’re building and where it could go.**

If this caught your attention, **DM me.**

No résumé required.

Just tell me **who you are + where you're based + what you're currently doing.**

**Maybe this could be the beginning of something bigger.**
