Contract team wanted: municipal website redesign (Next.js / Sanity)

WebCraft Labz, a small digital studio, is assembling a contract team for a public-sector website redesign bid (park district, ~$75k project, 9-month build starting Jan 2027). Proposal is due mid-October; roles are contingent on award, but I need names, bios, and portfolio links in the proposal now.

Roles:

1. UX / Visual Designer — design system, mobile-first page templates, park-finder and program-discovery flows. Figma. Public-sector or content-heavy site work preferred. Est. 80–120 hrs.

2. Accessibility Specialist — IAAP-certified (CPACC or WAS) required. Design review, component audit, pre-launch WCAG 2.1 AA audit with NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver, conformance report. Est. 30–50 hrs.

3. Next.js / TypeScript Developer (optional) — component library, headless CMS integration, third-party data sync/cache layer. Est. 150–250 hrs.

Details:
• 1099 contract, remote, US-based preferred (insurance and contracting reasons)
• Paid hourly or fixed per phase; milestone-funded by client payments
• You'll be named in the proposal with a short bio and 1–2 relevant project links
• Possible ongoing work on future municipal bids if this goes well
