**C# Windows Client Developer Needed**
We are looking for a C# developer to build a lightweight Windows desktop client for an internal company staff-management system.

**Main Features**
The client will:
• Connect to an internal monitoring server
• Display server/connection status
• Capture screenshots periodically (default: every 20 seconds)
• Support multiple monitors
• Monitor basic Windows user/session status
• Store collected data temporarily in a local cache
• Upload cached data through a background synchronization process
• Retry failed uploads when the network/server is unavailable
• Allow configuration of server URL, capture interval, and synchronization settings
• Provide a manual Sync Now function

Long-running network, file, and capture operations must not block the UI thread.
The application should handle network failures, invalid configuration, and temporary server outages without crashing.

• Working Windows client
• Source code
• Basic unit tests for core logic
• README with build/setup instructions

**Important**
This is an authorized internal company application for company-managed devices. The MVP does not include keylogging or credential collection.
