**hiring: blockchain developer for paid 1:1 mentoring**
**total budget: up to $1,000 usd**
i’m a beginner looking for an experienced blockchain developer to guide me through token development and deployment with structured, hands-on sessions.
**what i’d like to learn:**
- token standards and development tools
- creating and testing a token
- deploying to a test network
- security considerations and the technical steps involved in a public launch
sessions would be remote, using screen sharing and code walkthroughs. i want to understand the code and actively participate in the development process.
**please send:**
- your relevant experience and the blockchains you work with
- your portfolio, previous projects, or code samples
- your hourly rate and availability
- a proposed session plan that fits within the total budget
experience teaching beginners is a big plus. we’ll agree on the scope, schedule, and payment terms before starting.
