Community Manager Wanted
We’re looking for a Community Manager to help us revive and grow our Discord server.
Current stats:
• 667+ members
• 206 boosts
• Founder, Co-Founder & Moderation Team
The Reality
We want to be completely transparent: the server is currently very dead and inactive.
Despite having 667+ members and 206 boosts, activity has dropped significantly. We need someone motivated to help bring the community back to life, attract new members, and give existing members a reason to stay active.
Your Responsibilities
• Advertise and promote the server
• Bring in new members
• Start and encourage conversations
• Help revive inactive channels
• Organize events and community activities
• Interact with members and make them feel welcome
• Suggest new ideas to improve the server
• Work directly with the Founder, Co-Founder & Moderation Team
Requirements
• Active and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Creative and willing to suggest ideas
• Understands Discord communities and advertising
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This is not currently a fully paid position.
Compensation may be provided from time to time depending on the work being done and what we’re able to provide.

There is no guaranteed salary or fixed payment schedule currently.
Availability
There are no strict working hours. Work whenever you’re available. We care about your contribution, activity, and results rather than forcing specific hours.
As the server grows, the role and compensation can be reassessed.
