I'm a senior software engineer based in Malaysia, 8 years of experience across full-stack work. I'm strong on the building side but weaker on the sales-and-client side — different timezone from a lot of clients, and honestly BD just isn't my strength.
So I'm looking for a partner in the US or Europe who's good at exactly the part I'm not: finding clients, running the relationship, scoping projects, keeping communication smooth.
How I see it working:

You handle client sourcing, communication, and account management.
I handle the engineering — architecture, build, delivery.
Clients know it's a two-person partnership. No pretending, no hiding who does what — I'm happy to be on calls, share my GitHub, whatever builds trust.
Split is negotiable and tied to contribution — happy to talk through what's fair for both sides.
Fully remote, everything through a proper contract or escrow so both of us are protected.

I can share my portfolio, references, and real work history up front. Looking for someone who wants to build something steady over time, not a one-off.
