We are looking for an experienced software engineer who wants to independently acquire development projects from Japanese clients through CrowdWorks.

Responsibilities
Search for development projects on CrowdWorks
Submit proposals and communicate with Japanese clients
Understand requirements and negotiate project details
Develop and deliver software/web applications

Requirements
Fluent Japanese communication skills
Software engineering skills and development experience
Ability to independently find projects, submit proposals, communicate with clients, and complete projects
If accessing CrowdWorks from outside Japan, you must use a connection method that complies with CrowdWorks' rules.

Compensation
You receive 80% of the project amount.

The remaining 20% covers taxes, business-related costs, and my share.

Example:

Project amount: ¥100,000
Your share: ¥80,000
Remaining 20%: ¥20,000
