You get paid per qualified meeting when it happens, doesn't matter if the deal closes. What counts as "qualified" is written down before you dial so nobody moves the goalposts on you.

Payout via Wise, PayPal or USDT, your choice. Any country, just need clear spoken english and to sound human on the phone, not like you're reading.

Experience is a plus, not required.
