📣 **Hiring: Casual Online Accountability Partner — Remote**

I’m looking for **one additional casual accountability partner** to provide flexible and backup support alongside my existing part-time assistant.

This is a fully remote role focused on helping me remain consistent with studying, routines and completing planned tasks.

**Pay and hours**

* AUD $5.00 per hour
* Approved hours exceeding 7 hours in a Monday–Sunday week are paid at AUD $6.25 per hour
* Hours will vary depending on my schedule
* No minimum number of hours is guaranteed
* Some work may be offered at short notice

**Main responsibilities**

* Conduct morning wake-up and routine check-ins
* Remain available while I prepare to leave for study and confirm that I arrive
* Help me start planned study sessions and other tasks on time
* Check in during longer focus sessions
* Follow up when tasks or check-ins are missed
* Provide clear reminders and firm but respectful encouragement
* Help with evening preparation, including packing my bag, setting alarms, preparing clothes and confirming the next day’s first task
* Cover sessions when my regular accountability assistant is unavailable
* Keep brief and accurate records of completed sessions

Communication may occur through **messages, voice calls or video calls**, depending on the session.
