Hiring: Fullstack Tech Lead | Remote | Full-time

We’re hiring a Fullstack Tech Lead at Appiness for a hands-on technical leadership role.
You’ll be working across:
💻 TypeScript, React, Next.js & Node.js
☁️ AWS, Docker & CI/CD
🤖 AI-assisted development with tools like Copilot, Cursor & Claude Code
🏗️ Architecture, production code, code reviews & technical decisions
👥 Mentoring engineers and working with a US-based technology team
🎯 Looking for someone with:
8+ years of production web development experience
2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
Strong frontend + backend experience
Hands-on AWS experience
Experience with distributed/remote teams
Good understanding of architecture, performance and technical trade-offs
